The PT Meetups were developed as a PT extension of the PAT Program. Anyone interested in continuing physical training in a group setting is encouraged to sign up. The PT Meetups is open to anyone currently in the process of entering a police academy or considering a career in law enforcement. We accept applicants of all fitness levels as we are here to assist you in your physical fitness progress, but encourage you to be active on your personal time.
Our PT Meetup instructors are active police officers who will push you to reach your full potential.
Students must purchase the LLEGO PT shirt and shorts. You will not be allowed to join the workout if you are not in uniform. Payments should only be made once you receive your shirt and shorts on your first day.
Payments can be made via Venmo: @llegoboston or CashApp $llegoboston.

This is a rolling enrollment; you can sign up at any time. We will have several instructors that will run 3 workouts per week. Make sure to leave your cell phone and correct email.
The ten-week PAT program is a combination of lectures, workshops, and physical training designed to give participants an experience similar to entering a law enforcement academy. The PAT is open to all people with an emphasis towards city of Boston residents. There is a nominal cost to join the program.
Students are expected to attend EVERY class on Saturdays from 7 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Payment due upon acceptance into the program.
We are currently NOT accepting applications for our PAT Program.
